Alyssa Guckin

Alyssa is a weekend warrior at Lumos Corinthian, holding it down Friday and Saturday mornings. Staying active was always a natural part of her lifestyle - from playing club sports as a kid, taking all kinds of dance classes as a teenager, and falling in love with group fitness into her 20s. 

Joining the Lumos community first as a student, then as a work exchange member, and then as an instructor, has given Alyssa all kinds of perspective on the experience. Alyssa became certified in Yoga Sculpt in 2021 at Lumos and has been teaching since 2022. She completed Mat Pilates and Pilates Springboard trainings under Ellie Herman.

Know you can always show up for class with Alyssa exactly as you are. The space we share in the studio is to benefit us all. Come to class excited for a groovy playlist and a fun workout.
