Lumos E-Gift Cards are available year-round and are the perfect gift for any occasion!

Lumos Gift Cards are available in two different ways:

1. In denomations for drop-ins or packages:

   $45 New Client 3 Pack, $27 Single Drop In, $89 Intro Month (excludes reformer classes), $125 5 Class Pack, $230 10 Class Pack

2. A custom dollar amount

   Follow the link below to our Momence Gift Card page, and select the amount you’d like to gift, or enter a custom amount. If you’d like it automatically sent to the recipients, check off the box that says “Send to someone else as a gift”. If this is not selected, the purchaser will be sent the gift card details. If you’d like this sent on a specific date and time, check off the box that says “Send message later” and enter the date and time you’d like it sent out.

   Physical gift cards are available at our Green Street location, please call or email info@lumosfitness.com to coordinate with our desk staff when to come in and pick one up. Please note we do not mail physical gift cards!
