We have three levels of membership to choose from. Membership classes can be used at both Lumos studios, so whether you’re looking to workout twice a week, three times a week, or more - we have a membership for you.

Memberships require a valid card on file and will auto-bill on the same date each month. With each bill date, a new set of classes are added to your account. Membership activates on the purchase date, and can be set to start on a future date when purchasing for the first time. All memberships have a max 2 visit per day limit.

Student, Teacher, Healthcare Professional, and Senior Discounts do not apply to memberships.

Membership can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@lumosfitness.com - we kindly request 24 hour notice ahead of your bill date for the most seamless cancellation.

•Membership Cancellations: Lumos membership contracts are for twelve billing cycles, which guarantees your membership rate for the duration of that contract, and have a three month minimum commitment. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with written notice at least 24 hours ahead of your bill date; however, cancellations before three months will result in a one-time $40 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Membership cancellations after the initial three months will not be charged any cancellation fee. All cancellations at any point must be requested via email to info@lumosfitness.com.

•Membership Changes (Upgrades/Downgrades): Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded a maximum of three times during the duration of the contract. Changes to a membership must be requested via email to info@lumosfitness.com at least 24 hours ahead of the bill date.

•Membership Freezes: Members can request two free freezes per year, for a max duration of two weeks per freeze. Each additional freeze will incur a $15 fee and can only last up to one month at a time. Open-ended Membership freezes will only be entered due to injury as the nature of the injury may require doctor's clearance to return. Membership freezes must be requested via email to info@lumosfitness.com and must include the freeze start date and end date.

For all cancellations, changes, or freezes, notice must be given at least 24 hours ahead of your bill date. No refunds or exceptions will be made for requests made or information like freeze start/end dates provided after billing has occurred - cancellations and changes will go into effect for the next bill date. Freezes can still be entered, but refunds will not be issued for the billing that just occured in these instances.

•Late Cancellation Fees: will be charged for Unlimited and Intro Unlimited passes only - an automatic fee of $10 will be charged after every third late cancel in a given billing cycle.

•No-Show Fees: are charged for all clients (membership or otherwise)- an automatic fee of $5 will be charged after every instance
