Barre Classes
While barre has its origins in ballet, no dance experience is needed, and all levels of fitness experience are welcome.
Alternating between standing at the barre and mat-based exercises, our barre classes consist of low impact/high repetition movements, with small isometric exercises to sculpt your arms, abdominals, and legs.

What people are saying
“Before Lumos, I had never taken a barre class but the first one I attempted was so much fun. I never thought I would look forward to workout classes but I genuinely love going to Lumos. Their instructors are friendly, kind and always provide modifications when needed. It's great leaving a studio feeling proud of what I have accomplished instead of bad about what I'm not able to do.”
