Jessica Reinhardt

A former college athlete and youth coach, Jessica's journey in fitness began on soccer fields and in swimming pools, where competitive sports sculpted her early athletic life. Post college, recurring injuries prompted her to explore a variety of movement modalities. In 2014, Jessica discovered her passion for Barre—a perfect blend of lower-impact yet challenging workouts.

She deepened her commitment to studio workouts, by obtaining her Barre Teacher Training certification from Lumos in 2021, her 50hr YTT+ Yoga Sculpt training from Lumos in 2022, followed by Mat Pilates training under Ellie Herman in 2023 and a Springboard workshop in 2024.

Jessica’s classes are vibrant and engaging, with an emphasis on motivational techniques allowing you to customize movement to your body!  Join her for dynamic and invigorating exercises, empowered by choice.

Outside the studio, Jessica applies her understanding of the mind-body connection in her role as a psychologist and professor. Whether she's teaching, researching, or running with her dog Lola, Jessica embodies the principles she teaches. She continues to enjoy swimming and soccer, maintaining her ties to her athletic roots.
