Justine Stoltz
Justine is a NASM certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
Justine’s passion for Pilates began after using it to strengthen her body following a hip injury, inspiring her to utilize this method of movement in order to help others build resilience, strength, and balance. Known for her welcoming, confidence-building, and detail-oriented teaching style, Justine specializes in creating Pilates programs that improve core strength, flexibility, and posture. Her mission is to empower clients to thrive through movement in a supportive and engaging environment.
Justine has a Master’s in Education and is a Peak Pilates Level 1 certified instructor. She is also a licensed Zumba instructor and is certified to teach Barre Above, TRX and Spin.
