Lisa Alfieri

As a competitive rower on Boathouse Row in Philadelphia, Lisa began teaching Yoga and Pilates to rowers that were searching for increased mental focus and body awareness in the boat. She decided to pursue formal 200 Hour Yoga training from Wake Up Yoga and Pilates training from AAAI/ISMA. She volunteered with Pennsylvania Adaptive Sports and coached rowing and Yoga to athletes with special needs. She approaches her teaching with patience and a sense of warmth and enthusiasm.
