Monique Means
Monique (she/her) is dedicated to holding space for the wholeness of breath through intentional movement. Guided by values of collective liberation, joyful movement, and rest, Monique creates a welcoming environment for all bodies to explore movement that feels joyful, nourishing, and sustainable. As a RYT-200, she received her foundational training at Three Queens Yoga and gained hands-on experience assisting her mentor, Adriana Adelé, in Slow Flow and Restore classes. Additionally, she has specialized training in restorative yoga with Erick Dupree, deepening her ability to support others in rest and renewal.
Outside the studio, Monique is the founder of LMK Club, a space where adults connect, create, and build friendships through art workshops and social clubs. An avid thrifter with a love for vintage, Monique brings a unique sense of style and mindful living to all she does, inspiring a sense of community and creativity wherever she goes.
