Sharmenie Esin
What started as "just another workout class" in 2017 became a turning point in Sharmenie's approach to wellness. The mindful movements and gentle-yet-effective techniques of Pilates brought such positive changes to her life that she decided to pursue teaching the practice. After completing her 450-hour certification at Drexel Pilates, she now shares this practice with others, helping her clients discover their own path to stronger mind-body connections through thoughtful, intentional movement.
