Stephanie Rindosh

Stephanie has called Philadelphia home for over a decade, where her passion for movement led her to yoga and barre. With a background in competitive dance, she has always found joy in dynamic, expressive movement. After an ACL injury, yoga became a vital part of her recovery and well-being, inspiring her to earn her 200-hour RYT certification in 2019. She later expanded her expertise with a 200-hour barre and sculpt certification through Physique 57, deepening her understanding of strength and mobility.

As an enthusiastic fitness instructor, Stephanie specializes in power vinyasa, barre, sculpt, mat, and yoga sculpt. She believes in the powerful synergy between yoga and barre to build a strong, resilient body. Passionate about mindful movement, she strives to help others enhance their physical and emotional well-being through her classes

Stephanie is a 200-hr trained Vinyasa Yoga teacher with additional certifications in Anatomy & Sequencing. She also holds a 200-hr barre and sculpt certification through Physique 57, and is currently pursuing her RYT500 hour yoga training.
