Join Chae Yang Bullock and RaGina McKissick for a weekend intensive training to enhance your knowledge and practice of safe and supportive prenatal and postpartum yoga, HIIT, barre, and sculpt.
Participation includes CEC credits with Yoga Alliance for the yoga portion of this training.

Day 1:
The different stages of pregnancy and effects on the parent.
Potential complications
Prenatal yoga practice
Postnatal yoga practice
Options for supporting moms-to-be within an all levels group class, or offering a prenatal series.Use of yoga props for all 4 stages
Questions and Practice
Day 2:
Prenatal fitness practice - doing medium to high intensity level workouts through all three trimesters, and postpartum
Do's and Don'ts of exercises used across Barre, Pilates, Sculpt, and HIIT for all 4 stages
Modifications and assists/verbal corrections for medium to high intensity workouts
Coaching techniques, cueing, and breathing techniques
Use of weights and other types of props for all 4 stages
Business of prenatal and postpartum yoga and fitness

About the Trainers:
Chae Yang Bullock: Chae began practicing yoga in 2000 and her love of the nourishing nature of yoga supported continuous practices and studies in Hatha Yoga (Yoga Postures linked with the Breath), Ayurveda (Yoga's complementary practice), Breath Work, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy.
For Chae, the practices mirror the many sided nature of being human to refine and evolve through many cycles. Witnessing life change in her students, self and family from a Yoga and Ayurvedic lense, inspired her studies in Pre-Natal Yoga, Yoga for Aging, and Exercise. Her Certifications include 500 Hours Vinyasa Flow Yoga, 360 Hours Alignment Yoga, 400 Hours Himalayan Tradition Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has been teaching since 2005 and facilitating Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2009.
RaGina McKissick: RaGina is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Dance Choreographer. She has been in the fitness industry for almost a decade and a dancer instructor/choreographer for almost two decades. She has taught classes and trained clients throughout the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey areas. RaGina specializes in HIlT, Circuit Training, Strengthening and Conditioning, Boxing, Dance Fitness, and Prenatal Postpartum Fitness Training. In April 2022, RaGina completed her AAAI & ISMA Pre and Post Natal Fitness Training Certification.
