At Lumos, we offer a variety of yoga classes, and feature vinyasa classes.

Our all-levels Flow classes will have you exploring awareness and mindfulness, building strength, and exploring the potential of moving with your breath. The studio is unheated and classes are set to music

Lumos Flow

Build an inner fire in this all-levels vinyasa class that will have you exploring awareness and mindfulness, building strength, and exploring the potential of moving with your breath. Studio is unheated and class is set to music. 

Restore

Come restore and relax in this gentle, supported practice designed to help you relieve tension in your body, and find space. This class pairs slower movements with longer holds, using a series of props to help you move passively through seated and reclining postures. Let gravity hold your body weight in this supported practice, and give yourself permission to shed the weight of your day mentally and physically.

Weekly Wind Down Flow

Whether your weekends are designed for relaxation or whether the weekends are when your activities ramp up, this class aims to create intentional time to slow down and rest in the transition. Combining gentle stretches, mindful movement, and intentional breaths, this class is designed to help you settle into the present moment.

Love & Light Flow

Join us on Monday evenings for a Light-filled Lumos Flow led by Alyssa - this class features color waves (think: Northern Lights!) projected onto the walls and ceiling.

 

Starlit Flow

Join us for a Starlit-filled Lumos Flow led by Alli - this pop-up class finishes with a relaxing starry night projection onto the walls and ceiling during savasana.

 

What should I wear and bring?

Wear clothes you are comfortable in and that you can move in! No shoes - barefoot or socks.

Complimentary mats are available for use, but we strongly suggest bringing your own mat. Props are provided

For Restore & Yoga Nidra - please bring your own blanket. Bolsters and other props are provided.
