The Science & Art of Sequencing

When you're truly teaching All Levels Vinyasa, there is a place for everyone in your sequence. You offer step by step guidance toward advanced postures incorporating modifications and props, and you offer comparable resting places for the students not taking the peak. Your students will blossom when they’re met with support and opportunities to advance.

Teaching advanced asanas goes beyond knowing how to perform them. As yoga teachers, we use vinyasa krama to prepare the body for the postures we will offer. Vinyasa Krama is a step by step intentional flow linked together with breath, progressing toward a peak posture.

In this 3 hour sequencing workshop you'll gain a deeper understanding of the postures you're teaching while offering a fulfilling, inclusive class experience. We’ll also learn creative sequencing and theming to uplift your students’ experience.
