Sunday Sanctuary: A Restorative Reset
Set the tone for your week with a 75-minute journey into deep rest and energetic renewal. Through breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and supportive yoga shapes, we’ll soften tension, restore balance, and cultivate a steady flow of energy. Using these shapes to build awareness, we’ll recharge the body and mind to step into the week with clarity and ease.

About Jule: Jule is a 500-hr trained Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Rope Wall Yoga. She is Mat Pilates certified, and currently pursuing certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition & Herbalism. In the studio, she aims to create an environment of exploration and curiosity through movement and breath. Jule is an advocate of intentional movement as a tool to build confidence and self-awareness. Her goal is to teach students how to ‘personalize’ their yoga, Pilates, and meditation practice to befriend themselves rather than work against themselves.
